Returning a product to Bambino
Swedish law applies to these purchase terms and conditions. In the event of disputes, Bambino complies with the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes.

Right to cancel & returns
At Bambino we naturally hope you are happy with your new products. However, you always have the right to return one or more products within 14 days of receiving your parcel. The products must be unused and in unopened, original packaging. All labels must remain in place. You pay the postage for shipping the products back to Bambino. Make sure you package the product well so that it is not damaged.
If you paid by card, the amount you paid will be refunded to the bank account linked to the card. If you paid by invoice via Klarna, you need to calculate the new amount and pay that to Klarna. In other words, you will not be sent a corrected invoice from Klarna and the due date will remain the date stated on the original invoice which came with your parcel. Please contact us at email@example.com if you aren’t sure how much to pay. Remember to always pay the shipping costs even if you are returning all the goods.
